How do I add/remove authentication devices from Duo?

  • Adding/Changing your duo devices is extremely easy through the Duo Self-Service Portal.
  • Click the login box and enter your email address and password
  • This website can be accessed on and off campus

New User:

Click "Start Setup" and follow the prompts


 Existing User:

Authenticate using an existing device and follow the Duo Self-Service application. If you don't have access to the old device/phone number, call your local help desk to reset your account.
