Research
EPH is dedicated to training of public health experts, to conducting population-based, clinical, and translational research, and to understanding the causes and consequences of diseases. We translate the results of interdisciplinary studies into clinical practice and community-based interventions for the purpose of preventing disease and improving public health. In addition to conducting our own research, we serve as a resource for methodological expertise to the University of Maryland community including expertise in study design, informatics, biostatistics and clinical trials.
