Biosketch

My doctoral research at the University of Paris, conducted under the mentorship of Professor Mario Pende, focused on elucidating the role of the YAP oncogene in mitochondrial function and cancer metabolism. This work fostered a lasting research interest in oncogenic signaling pathways and their integration with metabolic processes. Subsequently, I pursued postdoctoral training at the Center for Excellence in Molecular Cell Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences, where I investigated the regulatory role of PRPF19 through VGLL4 in hepatocellular carcinoma, under the guidance of Dr. Lei Zhang.
