Biosketch

Dr. Wachter completed medical school training at Eastern Virginia Medical School.  Prior to medical school, Dr. Wachter spent a year in France as an English Instructor. She completed her internship in general surgery at St. John’s Hospital in Detroit, followed by a residency in anesthesiology at Virginia Commonwealth University Hospital and a fellowship in Trauma Anesthesia at the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center (STC).  She will be joining the Trauma Division, working primarily at STC.
