Louis Chang, MD, FACS is a board-certified neurosurgeon who specializes in the management and surgical treatment of a wide-range of brain and spinal conditions. He has a particular interest and expertise in minimally-invasive approaches to spine surgery. He is in private practice in Baltimore.
