Biosketch
Dr. Sommerkamp is an emergency medicine physician with fellowship training in emergency ultrasound. She completed the ACEP teaching fellowship, and ED Directors Academy phase 1 and 2. She is the Associate Director of ED at Midtown. She focuses on Quality and Safety. She is also involved with Policy and Forms. She focuses her teaching on point of care ultrasound. She teaches student electives EME 550 and EME 545 as well as CME courses in ultrasound.
