Biosketch

Dr. Nasim is an assistant professor of Medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She is an interventional pulmonologist within the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine.  Dr. Nasim spend two year on staff at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Dr. Nasim's clinical area of interest is in minimally invasive methods of diagnosing and staging lung cancer using endobronchial ultrasound and robotic bronchoscopy. She additionially specialized in Interventional Pulmonology at MD Anderson Cancer Center to manage complex central airway obstruction and pleural procedures such as closed pleural biopsies, tunnelled pleural catheters and medical pleuroscopy.
