Biosketch

Dr. Ghanem is an otolaryngologist-head and neck surgeon with subspecialty expertise in both pediatric otolaryngology and rhinology/skull base surgery. He maintains an active clinical practice dedicated to the full spectrum of pediatric otolaryngology while focusing particular attention on complex disorders of the nose, paranasal sinuses, and anterior skull base in pediatric and adult patients.

Dr. Ghanem's areas of special interest include pediatric sinonasal inflammatory disease, congenital nasal masses, juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma, skull base tumors (benign and malignant), cerebrospinal fluid leaks, and minimally invasive endoscopic approaches to the skull base.

His clinical and research efforts aim to advance the understanding and management of complex sinonasal and skull base disorders unique to the pediatric population and studying and improving quality of life outcomes following pediatric endoscopic endonasal surgery.
