Biosketch

Gregorios A. Lamaris is a plastic surgeon specializing in hand surgery, complex extremity reconstruction and extremity salvage. 

Dr. Lamaris obtained his MD and PhD from the University of Crete, Greece. He completed his residency in General Surgery at University of Texas and his residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at The Cleveland Clinic. Following his residency, he completed a fellowship in Hand/Upper Extremity Surgery at State University of New York and a fellowship in Microsurgery/Complex Reconstruction at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Dr. Lamaris is Board Certified in General Surgery, Plastic Surgery, and Hand Surgery. Prior to joining Shock Trauma, Dr. Lamaris held academic appointments at University of Chicago, and Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston, TX.
