It will be an intensive hands-on learning experience teaching participants how to analyze single-cell RNA sequencing data using publicly available tools, such as R and Bioconductor. Students will learn basic R programming, clustering, how to make plots, marker detection, annotation, and trajectory analysis while also focusing on experimental design, statistics and participate in breakout sessions.

Each day will begin at 9AM and conclude at 5PM using virtual tools.
