Maternal-Fetal Fellowship

The University of Maryland, Baltimore’s Maternal-Fetal Medicine Fellowship strives for our fellows to learn from both the maternal and fetal perspectives. In the three-year program, Fellows will collaborate with a variety of medical disciplines and be exposed to exceptional learning opportunities in Complex Obstetric Surgery, Fetal Therapy, and Fetal Heart and Maternal Complex Care, in addition to the high-risk pregnancy care program. Our program is fully accredited by the ACGME.

Research is a vital part of the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Fellowship program, and Fellows are expected to complete one research project within the three years.

The University of Maryland, Baltimore, offers support through a research group mentorship program, which includes faculty mentorship and monthly MFM meetings that focus on both specialties and nonspecialties of MFM medicine.
