1.) When signing into SOM Alumni click "Forgot my Password"

2.) Enter the captcha code. If the code is hard to read, you can click the "" button to get a new code. If you'd like the code spoken click the "" button. Click "Next" to continue.

3.) Follow the verification prompts to verify your identity. Enter the recovery email address or phone number used during account setup. Enter the verification code to create a new password.

4.) Enter a new password and click "Finish." Please note - if a password doesn't meet complexity requirements it will be rejected. Please ensure the password meets the "strong" requirement.
