Doctors who practice at the University of Maryland Medical Center University and Midtown Campuses, all members of the University of Maryland School of Medicine faculty, were recognized as "Top Doctors" in the November 2017 issue of Baltimore magazine.

This issue marks another strong showing for the Medical Center and the School of Medicine.

The results are based on a Baltimore magazine survey of nearly 13,000 physicians in the Baltimore area, including Baltimore City and the surrounding seven counties, asking where they would send a member of their family in dozens of specialties. Many doctors would choose to send their loved ones to us.

The University of Maryland Medical System is once again well-represented in Baltimore magazine’s annual “Top Docs” feature, with 220 physicians in 65 adult and 18 pediatric specialties recognized. Of the doctors recognized, 115 practice at the System's flagship academic hospital, the University of Maryland Medical Center.

More than 140 University of Maryland Medical Center Physicians Recognized As “Top Doctors” In Baltimore Magazine 2022 Survey

More than 140 University of Maryland Medical Center (UMMC) physicians are recognized as "Top Doctors" in the November 2022 special issue of Baltimore magazine. The UMMC honorees, who are also on the faculty of the University of Maryland School of Medicine, are among the more than 250 physicians across the University of Maryland Medical System hospitals to be included on the annual list which spans 90 specialties and sub-specialties.
