Biosketch

Dr. Slezak was named a "Top Doctor" in the specialty of Plastic Surgery-Reconstructive by Baltimore magazine in 2020.

Dr. Slezak is a professor of surgery in the University of Maryland School of Medicine, and Chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery.

After receiving her medical degree from Harvard University, Dr. Slezak completed her general surgery residency at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center. Dr. Slezak then completed a fellowship in plastic surgery at the Johns Hopkins Hospital.
