Biosketch

I worked as a teaching assistant in Immunology at the University of Buenos Aires, School of Pharmacy and Biochemistry, School of Medicine, and at “José de San Martin” University Hospital, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Throughout my four-year residency, I worked actively in the fields of HIV/AIDS, inborn errors of immunity, autoimmune diseases,  hematological malignancies and transplantation. I obtained the Clinical Immunology Board Certification from the Buenos Aires Official College of Pharmacy and Biochemistry (2019). In 2018, I obtained a doctoral scholarship from the Argentinian National Council for Scientific and Technical Research (CONICET). I began working at the Institute for Biomedical Research on Retroviruses and AIDS (INBIRS) at the University of Buenos Aires as a PhD Student. My project was focused on the HIV viral reservoir dynamics and immune response in people living with HIV and HCV. I currently work in the Transplantation Immunology field at the University of Maryland, School of Medicine, Surgery Department.
