Biosketch
Dr. Rubin is a board-certified General Cardiologist. He joined the University of Maryland Medical Center in 2023. He is interested in integrating stress management practices into clinical care. His approach to stress management starts with mindfulness and meditation and includes the development of other skills important to self care and wellness.
