Biosketch

Dr. Rosen-Wachs completed her undergraduate degree in Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychology at Washington University in St. Louis in 2014. She graduated from the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2020 and completed her Adult Psychiatry residency at Hartford Hospital/Institute of Living, where she served as a chief resident, in 2024. She then completed her Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry fellowship at the University of Maryland Medical Center in 2025. Currently, she is an Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland School of Medicine working in the division of Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry. She is board certified in Adult Psychiatry and Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry. 

Dr. Rosen-Wachs' clinical work is primarily at the University of Maryland's Midtown Campus, where she works as an inpatient consultation-liaison psychiatrist and directs the co-located psychiatry clinic within the Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology. Additional areas of interest are in reproductive psychiatry and collaborative care as she spent much of her fellowship training embedded within a maternal fetal medicine clinic and seeing patients in a neonatal intensive care unit caregiver's clinic. Additionally, she teaches medical students as well as psychiatry and non-psychiatry trainees.
