Dr. Peter Jin is an Assistant Professor of Neurology at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He is board-certified in neurology and clinical neurophysiology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. In addition, he is board-certified by the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine.

As a faculty physician in the neuromuscular division, Dr. Jin specializes in care of patients with diseases such as peripheral neuropathy, autoimmune neuropathy, hATTR amyloid polyneuropathy, myasthenia gravis, myopathy, myositis, and motor neuron disease. He is ABEM certified in electrodiagnostic testing (nerve conduction and electromyography) and trained in neuromuscular ultrasound. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Jin is the associate program director for the neurology residency.
