Dr. Glick has several areas of interest in the fields of Pulmonary and Sleep medicine. During her pulmonary fellowship, she participated in research focusing on the respiratory health of veterans exposed to both depleted uranium as well as blast injury. Through this work, she has focused on the specific application of impulse oscillometry to the evaluation of pulmonary function in these populations. Additionally, this work served as an introduction to the field of occupational medicine and the effects that health can have on workplace performance and vice versa. To that end, she participated in a study during the COVID-19 pandemic examining the effects of moral injury on health care workers, and also the prevalence of poor sleep in that population. Currently, Dr. Glick is interested in learning more about how disordered sleep may have on employees in the workplace.
