Biosketch

Dr. Chandra is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He completed residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn and subsequently completed a fellowship in Emergency Ultrasound at NYU/Bellevue. He  currently serves as the Emergency Ultrasound Director at Bon Secours Baltimore. Dr. Chandra is actively involved with medical student education as well as resident and fellow ultrasound training. He has lectured nationally and internationally on point of care ultrasonography and is the course director for the Introduction to Critical Care Ultrasound. His academic interests include airway management, point of care echocardiography and critical care
