Any change giving a visiting faculty member a regular appointment requires that you complete a new faculty appointment packet.  Please refer to the Faculty Appointments page for paperwork requirements.

A Faculty Recruitment is necessary before processing any paperwork, if the faculty member is being appointed at or above the rank of Assistant Professor, with an FTE of 50% or higher.  Once the recruitment is complete, please refer to the Faculty Appointments page for the required paperwork and the approval process for the requested rank.
