Answer
Answer: Non-displaced scapular fracture
Treatment:
- Analgesics (NSAIDs)
- Non-displaced fractures require sling and swath immobilization
- Orthopedic reduction for displaced fractures.
- Early range-of-motion exercises
- Beware post-traumatic arthritis or bursitis as complications
