  • Primary brain tumor

  • Pyogenic abscess
  • Tuberculoma

  • Neurocysticercosis  
  • Toxoplasmosis
  • Nocardiosis
  • Cryptococcosis
  • Aspergillosis

Neurologic

  • Multiple sclerosis (lesions within the white matter)
  • Sacroidosis
