Our mission is to train our residents to become insightful compassionate professional and well-rounded anesthesiologist.
Through our commitment to education excellent patient care diversity of case experiences and proficiency in systematic process evaluation including patient safety and quality improvement (PSQI), we provide each resident with essential tools to practice with expertise and become leaders in our specialty.
Our stellar faculty and multitude of rotations from trauma to transplant prepares our residents to competitive fellowships and independent practice.
We serve and care for patients within the city of Baltimore as well as across the state of Maryland and across the country.
The patients we serve are high dash ex 3D with a Medicare case mix index above 3 for all major perioperative surgical services which strengthens our trainees clinical experiences while providing innovative care for those in need.
