Two Anesthesiology Faculty members received new funding for trauma research from the U.S. Department of Defense.

Two faculty members, Dr. Goodfellow and Dr. Zou, were awarded new funding support for trauma research from the U.S. Department of Defense. Dr. Goodfellow is the PI for her project on "Deferoxamine as a Resuscitative Adjuvant to Mitigate Damage Caused by Combined Traumatic Brain Injury, Hemorrhagic Shock, and Delayed Hypobaric Exposure." Dr Zou is the PI for her project on  "Targeting extracellular miRNAs sensing in trauma-induced acute lung injury."
