Dr. Thelma B. Wright selected to receive the 2022 UMBrella Person of the Year

Congratulations to Thelma B. Wright, M.D., Esq. for being selected to receive the 2022 UMBrella Person of the Year — Leading the Way Award. UMBrella stands for UMB Roundtable on Empowerment in Leadership and Leveraging Aspirations, which works to support the success of women and those who identify as women at UMB by helping them achieve their personal and professional goals, enhancing their leadership skills, and championing women at all levels of the organization. The Person of the Year — Leading the Way Award recognizes a member of the UMB community who has demonstrated leadership as a role model, coach, and/or mentors to assist others in reaching their personal/professional goals in alignment with the mission and programs offered by UMBrella. This award will be announced during the UMBrella Women's History Month Symposium on March 9, 2022.
