Objectives

1. Recognize fractures that are commonly missed or misinterpreted on plain radiographs, and describe the subtle findings that give them away 2. Identify traumatic injuries that are frequently occult on initial plain films and know when to pursue advanced imaging 3. Review the normal bony anatomy relevant to commonly ordered MSK radiographs, including the landmarks and normal variants that mimic fractures
