Welcome to the UMEM web site. There is a lot of great information here about the program!

I grew up in New Jersey and unfortunately, I do have some of the road rage that everyone knows about! I had a very different career before medical school that varied from IT consulting to business analyst and project management work. I decided to begin a career in medicine and haven't looked back since!

I'm into all sports, including basketball, football, tennis and baseball. I still enjoying trading in the financial markets, but it's now mostly a hobby. Finding the hidden gems of the Baltimore restaurants has been a lot of fun so far!

I love the variety of emergency medicine, and Maryland's EM program is amazing. Outstanding faculty, very intelligent and fun residents, and a comprehensive educational experience throughout the residency. I'm grateful to be part of the UMEM community!
