Joint Mixed Models for Causal Inference
The analysis method addresses unmeasured common causes (confounders) of a time-varying binary exposure and longitudinal continuous outcome. Data are simulated in R and analyzed in SAS. Causal effects are estimated using g-computation of the final model estimates.

Average Constrained Regression for Algorithmic Fairness
This R code applies average constrained regression and compares its performance to ordinary least squares when predicting post-discharge days at home after hospitalization for hip fracture among Medicare fee-for-service beneficiaries.

eMultiMR: Multiple-model-based estimation of causal treatment effect on a binary outcome with integrated information from secondary outcomes
eMultiMR is a multiple-model-based framework for estimation of causal effect under the setting with a binary outcome, where multiple propensity score models and conditional mean imputation models are used to ensure estimation robustness.
