Academic Activities and Responsibilities

Recruit, screen and enroll eligible patients into clinical protocols. 
Manages patient care in compliance with the research study or clinical trial protocol requirements. 
Monitors activities to ensure compliance with protocols and all relevant local, federal, and state regulatory and institutional policies.
Develops and prepares research protocol related documentation.
Administers and implements treatment procedures or drugs.
Oversees the management of day to day clinical research operations and leads study initiation, execution, and completion. 
Trains and provides mentoring to other research personnel in implementation of research protocols
