As part of the department leadership, works with Drs. Browne and Winters to establish and achieve the department’s strategic plan in the areas of patient care, education, and research

Manages the clinical operations of the PA and overall operations of the department

Oversees fiscal performance of the department

Supervises administrative manager, office manager, finance manager, and research team

Negotiates and manages physician services contracts
Ensures faculty and staff compliance with UMMC, FPI, SOM, and/or UMB standards and policies
