Academic Activities and Responsibilities
Prepare/on-boarding the new intern residents, follow PGY1 residents through their first year (regarding rotations, verifications, duty hours, and jury duty letters)
Assist with resident interviews, help plan resident wing night with new interns, track fellowships every year, prepare for SACM research scholarly year
Track/update website for Grand Rounds, send lecture reminders and updates, upload CME forms to CloudeCME, and send earned CME hour letters yearly
Help on-board volunteer or shadowing perspective guest in the Emergency Room- Point of contact for Emergency Medicine
Serve as backup for Emergency Medicine Medical Student Rotation
Notary Public for Emergency Medicine
