Your Department’s Liaison to the Office of Academic Administration (OAA)

APT Partners serve as the key link between their area and the OAA, assisting with faculty appointments, promotions, and other administrative processes. Each area has one or two APT Partners who help ensure that faculty records remain accurate and that required documentation is submitted correctly and on time.

if you are a new faculty member and do not have a profile three weeks after your official start date or have questions about your appointment process, please reach out for assistance.
to request a change to any of the following information on your faculty profile:

If you are newly assigned as an APT Partner, please contact the Office of Academic Administration (x6-2656) for an orientation on the Appointment and Promotion process. For detailed instructions, refer to the packet guidelines and checklists provided by OAA. Keep in mind that all appointment, promotion, and status change packets must be submitted electronically, and interim appointment paperwork will not be processed without a complete appointment packet.
