Spring 2026
Welcome to the Spring Edition of the OB/GYN Departmental Research Newsletter! If any faculty member is planning to conduct research or mentor students in research that will involve patient interaction (Human subjects research) at our clinical sites (Penn, Redwood, Midtown, CAFC, Labor and Delivery, surgical suites), please notify the CAIR team so that we can assist with the coordination of efforts. Our goal is to streamline research in the department to avoid disrupting clinical care, respect patient privacy, and use our limited space appropriately. Thanks in advance!

Our department’s commitment to advancing women’s health is reflected in the diverse research initiatives that span perinatology, cancer biology, reproductive endocrinology, and gynecologic surgery. These areas are not only vital to patient care but also present endless opportunities for discovery and improvement.
