The purpose of the F2F Program will be to transition the most promising senior fellows (research and clinical) to junior faculty and mentor these junior faculty to research independence. This program will help to guide and closely mentor science and medicine post-graduates who are interested in research, but who are currently without a clear career path in academic biomedicine.
