Membership

Active 1: Those who have paid the current dues prescribed by the Society and are graduates of the Pediatric residency and/or fellowship programs at the University of Maryland Golisano Children’s Hospital who have completed at least one year of honorable service in their specific program, or those who are past or present Pediatric faculty at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and the University of Maryland Golisano Children’s Hospital.

Active 2: Those not required to pay current dues prescribed by the Society, which includes new graduates, who receive a complimentary one-year active membership. This category also includes honorary members, friends who have made significant contributions to the Society or the Department of Pediatrics. Any member may nominate someone for honorary membership, with final approval being given by the Society's Board of Directors. Honorary members enjoy all the privileges of the Society but cannot vote or hold office.

Inactive: Eligible members who have not paid the current dues prescribed by the Society.
