Online & In-Person Registration Fees
In person registration includes the cost of instructional materials, lunches, breaks, and the reception. This fee does not include the Saturday Workshop.
- In-person and Online: $725 (Physicians)
- In-person and Online: $475 (Other Healthcare Professionals, e.g. Sonographers, Nurses, Midwives, Genetic Counselors, and Training Physicians)
Saturday Workshop
There is an additional fee of $125 for the Workshop on Saturday. Please make sure you check the box for the Workshop when registering and pay the additional fee if you would like to attend. Space is limited (first-come, first-served).
