The below steps are for running the Jamf recon command on your mac. This command sends updated inventory information to our Mac management system (Jamf).

1. Navigate to Launchpad
   
2. Search for terminal
   
3. Once terminal is launched type sudo jamf recon
   
4. Hit enter to run the command
5. You will be prompted for your password
6. Follow any prompts allow terminal access to your mac after the command
