Vanessa Hagan-Osei, MSN, APRN, ACNP-BC, is a dedicated and compassionate Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered healthcare. She is board certified and holds a Master’s degree in Nursing as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
With a diverse clinical background, Vanessa has developed extensive experience caring for patients with complex and acute medical needs. Her professional expertise includes palliative care, hospice care, neurology, and cardiology, giving her a well-rounded perspective on managing both acute illness and chronic, life-limiting conditions.
