How To Obtain Support

  • Did you reboot to try and solve your problem? 
  • To change/manage your SOM/Medicine login password, please visit SOM Password Management
  • For suspicious email forward the mail as an attachment to for analysis and further instructions.
  • Visit our Service Desk (available worldwide) to search for solutions in our knowledgebase or enter an "incident ticket" for all IT support issues and questions. Login with:
  • To request a new computer or laptop visit our Service Desk and enter a new "Service Request". All hardware purchases are subject to administrator approval.
  • E-mail with as many details as possible, including the best way/time to get in touch with you. This method may delay support, using the portal is the recommended method for requesting support. 


  • Monday through Friday 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. 
  • After hours/Weekend support is not guaranteed and provided as available. 
  • Phone and direct e-mail/Skype support is not available.
