Matt Trudeau, PhD, Professor, and Sara Codding, PhD, former Research Associate, both in the Department of Physiology, were the authors of a paper entitled “Photoinhibition of the hERG potassium channel PAS domain by ultraviolet light speeds channel closing,” which was published in the Biophysical Journal on May 24, 2024.

Sarah Metzbower, PhD, along with Aaron Levy, PhD, Research Associate; Poorna Dharmasri, PhD, formerly a graduate student in the Program in Neuroscience; Michael Anderson; and Thomas Blanpied, PhD, Professor, all in the Department of Physiology, published a paper entitled “Distinct SAP102 and PSD-95 Nano-organization Defines Multiple Types of Synaptic Scaffold Protein Domains at Single Synapses,” which was published in the Journal of Neuroscience on June 26, 2024. The article was highlighted on the cover of the journal. 

Matt Trudeau, PhD, Professor, Department of Physiology, was the author of an invited Commentary entitled “A hydrophobic nexus at the heart of hERG K channel gating,” which was published in the Biophysical Journal in March 2024.
