Telling Our Story
The Office of Public Affairs and Communications works to elevate the School of Medicine's national profile as a leading academic medical institution.
We communicate the research discoveries and clinical care advances made by our faculty, and we promote our excellence in medical, graduate and post graduate education.
To that end, the office:
- Serves as a liaison between School of Medicine faculty and the news media
- Produces a wide range of internal and external publications
- Plans and organizes educational programs for the community
- Develops digital content, including websites, social media and video
