Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine (ELAM)
ELAM offers comprehensive leadership and management skills for female-identifying faculty at associate professor level or higher. ELAM's intent is to develop future leaders for academic medicine. Stanford Physician Leadership Certificate Program
This program offers comprehensive leadership and management skills in a completely virtual learning format to help make these critical skills accessible to a broad and diverse physician audience. Harold Amos Medical Faculty Development Program (AMFDP)
Applications due 3/19/2024 for early career faculty interested in future academic leadership. The Harold Amos Medical Faculty Development Program (AMFDP) offers four-year postdoctoral research awards to faculty from historically marginalized backgrounds who can achieve senior rank in academic medicine, dentistry, or nursing. They seek diverse leaders whose background, identity, or lived experiences have positioned them to contribute to the program’s goals.

This seminar is open for applications with a deadline of 3/12/2024. It is targeted to women faculty with at least 2 years experience at Assistant Professor rank. The dates are July 16-19, 2024 in San Diego, CA.

Health Humanities: Dismantling Structural Injustice in Healthcare
This is a virtual, longitudinal, innovative program led by The Center for Medical Humanities and Social Medicine at Johns Hopkins and Health Humanities at Hopkins EM (H3EM). Seeking applications from clinicians with leadership roles and interest in education, including clerkship directors, program directors, and any faculty leading courses for trainees in healthcare. UMB LEAPS Symposium
Registration is open for the 2024 LEAPS Symposium April 2, 2024 at SMC Campus Center. The Leaders in Education: Academy of Presidential Scholars (LEAPS) initiative hosts an annual symposium featuring a keynote presentation, interactive sessions on inclusive teaching and learning approaches, and recognition of distinguished educators and instructional innovation seed grant award winners.
