Meet the Fellows

Application

For the 2026-2027 fellowship application year, the University of Maryland CL Psychiatry fellowship is excited to announce that we are accepting applications through ERAS or directly via email using the ACLP common application.

All applications will be reviewed and considered equally regardless of how the application is submitted. Our goal is to make the application process as inclusive and smooth as possible for everyone.

Fellowship Philosophy

This fellowship provides guided mentorship and support for fellows so that they are exposed to all the different inpatient and outpatient models of CL, complex liaison cases, rare diagnoses, and exposure to academic and administrative CL in a tertiary/quaternary care center. At the end of fellowship, we believe fellows are best prepared to step into academic CL roles and have the depth of knowledge to start new liaison programs or begin careers as clinician educators. We welcome applicants into a family of CL psychiatrists and a CL team that is supportive of their professional growth past the one year of fellowship.
