Under the leadership of Louisa Peartree, MBA, senior associate dean and coo, the Dean’s Office of Finance and Resource Management (OFRM) provides leadership and service to the School of Medicine (SOM) in the areas of Administration & Finance, Facilities & Operations, Human Resources and Research Core Facilities.

This unit provides oversight of daily SOM operations, informs School-wide strategic planning and collaborates with University of Maryland Baltimore leadership to advance the missions of the School and University.
