The Office of Student Affairs (OSA) is here to support and partner with students throughout their time in medical school. From academic advising and career development to wellness support and student life, we are committed to the holistic growth of future leaders in medicine. We recognize that medical school can be both intensely rewarding and incredibly challenging, and we urge our students to reach out when they need guidance, encouragement, or support.
Our role extends beyond problem-solving - we aim to help students reflect on their evolving identities as physicians, cultivate their passions within medicine, and build the resilience needed for a lifelong career of service. Whether students are celebrating successes, navigating uncertainty, or simply looking for perspective, our team is here to listen, advise, and advocate on their behalf.
Our office also helps coordinate important milestone events for students including the Student Clinician Ceremony, Match Day, and Graduation. These moments mark not only academic achievement but also the personal growth, dedication, and community that define the journey through medical school.
