The Exposure Registry of the Hazardous Drug Safety Center is a twenty-year commitment.

- Establish and maintain the database
- Retain registrant enrollment over years
- Securely store the data for future outcome studies
The Hazardous Drug Safety Center is a 501c3 organization. Donations are tax-exempt. Your gift of any amount supports the work of the Safety Center and the Exposure Registry.
Are you an individual oncology healthcare worker? Consider a small donation to support the registry.
Are you an employer of oncology healthcare workers? Consider a gift based on the number of oncology healthcare workers you employ. (Example: $50 or $100 per nurse/ pharmacist/ veterinary technician)
Are you a vendor supplying drugs or equipment for oncology healthcare workers? Consider an annual donation to support the Safety Center and the Exposure Registry.
