Our registration and donation collection logistics are managed by two project coordinators. They will do their best to return all routine email and call inquiries within 1 business day and process registrations within the stated processing time. There is always one coordinator on call for emergencies, such as reporting a death. All routine questions should be emailed to staff or called in during business hours. Holiday hours will vary. Email is preferred, but you can also call us.

UMBTB has a 24-hour phone line for death emergencies. To report a death, whether you are preregistered or not, please call (410) 706-1755.
