Student Research Day

Dual Degree Programs

A medical student might consider a dual-degree program to broaden their skill set and better align their education with long-term career goals. Whether pursuing an MD/MPH, MD/MBA, or MD/PhD, these programs offer opportunities to gain expertise in areas like public health, business, research, or policy. This additional training can open doors to leadership roles, academic positions, or system-level impact in healthcare—complementing clinical skills with a deeper understanding of the broader forces shaping medicine.

The Office of Student Research manages the MD/Masters Dual Degrees for the medical students.
