Patient Experience

University of Maryland Faculty Physicians, Inc. (FPI) measures patient experience using an integrated survey that includes the Press Ganey Medical Practice Survey and the CGCAHPS (Clinician and Group Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) developed by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ).

The following chart provides a quarterly trend (by calendar year) of FPI’s percentile ranking c‌ompared to Press Ganey’s national database for patient survey questions related to doctor communication.

A ‌‌ printer-friendly version is also available for patient responses through December 2018 visits.
